Sticker format enumeration used in InputSticker.

STATIC = 'static'¶: The sticker is an image in WEBP format

ANIMATED = 'animated'¶: The sticker is an animation in TGS format

VIDEO = 'video'¶: The sticker is a video in WEBM format
