async Client.edit_general_forum_topic()

Edit the name of the ‘General’ topic in a forum supergroup chat. The bot must be an administrator in the chat for this to work and must have the can_manage_topics administrator rights.

Usable by Users Bots

Parameters:

• chat_id (int | str) – Unique identifier (int) or username (str) of the target chat.

• title (str) – New topic name, 1-128 characters.

Returns:

bool – On success, True is returned.
